"Our goal in beginning the annual Shriners
Hospitals Run for the Children is to bring awareness to the need of children whom we
represent. This is an excellent opportunity for others to come together in a healthy arena
encouraging the acknowledgement of the children, their families, our hospitals, and their
staff. We also want to bring exposure to our organization to encourage membership and the
awareness of our efforts to our cause. We can all use a little exercise. So, let's do some
in their shoes...bringing a higher quality of life...
to everyone."

assignee, do hereby release and discharge the Shriners hosptials for Children, Hadi
Shriners, town of Evansville, Indiana and county of Vanderburgh for all claims of damage,
demands or action whatsoever in any manner arising or growing out of my participation in
this event. I certify that I have parepared for this event and am in adequate physical
condition to compete in the event I have entered on 5/22/2010.
